All UNITED solders are cadmium-free. We feel very strongly
about not subjecting our employees and our customers to the
toxic fumes generated from melting cadmium. We have
been pioneers in developing safe alternatives. All karats
and flow temperatures are available in both yellow and white
gold solders.
Platinum solders, silver solders and some colored gold
solders are also available.
