Vinny is an avid baseball fan and loves the New York Yankees. At one time Vinny was a fairly good baseball player himself, he was the starting third baseman for his college team (Canisius College, Buffalo, NY).

Dave interests outside of work include hockey and following the stock market. Dave is currently a hockey coach for a local junior hockey team.

In her spare time Karen enjoys cooking, gardening, swimming, bowling, and arts & crafts.

Lisa and husband Tim have two beautiful children and are very attached to their golden retriever Zoie. They enjoy spending time together and look forward to their family vacations.

Kamal will focus on developing international markets for United

Diana started with United's sales department during the summer of 2007.  Diana has a Law Degree from her native country of Bulgaria and also a Business Degree from the University of Buffalo. We started Diana in our Sales Department so she could become familiar with our pricing structure, extensive product line and services. Now Diana is preparing all our international paper work and is in constant communication with our overseas customers as well as taking orders over the phone. This position is critical because all these orders must go through customs and the paper work must be filled out perfectly in order for our customers to receive them in a timely fashion.

Dan started working for United in 2007 and was brought aboard to give additional help to our sales team. Since our refining pick-up service has been so successful we decided to add new areas to our schedule in addition to exhibiting at more trade shows. His flexibility, sales skills and support have been a major reason for the success of these new ventures. He is also Serving our customers in Colorado, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Tennessee.

Dan is a avid sports fan and enjoys playing fantasy football and following the Boston Red Sox's.

Janet has been with United since 1998 and her first position was in our finance department. Along with her strong background in accounting, Janet has also excelled in customer service and order entry. Because Janet is so diversified our customers find her knowledge invaluable. She also provides many refining and product quotes along with spread sheets for our larger customers.

Janet and her husband Tony have 3 children 2 boys and 1 girl that are very active in sports and other outside activities.

Debbie joined United in 2000 and started in our customer service and order entry department. She moved into sales in 2007 with a vast knowledge of our products, pricing and order entry. Debbie has a wonderful personality and our customers have mentioned many times what a pleasure she is to work with. Her main responsibilities are telephones sales, scheduling refining pick-ups and calling on results from refining lots in addition to entering orders.

Debbie is very involved in volunteer work and two of her favorite organizations are "Volunteering for Animals" where they take in strays or abused animals and "Crossroads" which is working with the terminally ill people.

Kenneth started his career at United in August of 2009. He speaks fluent Spanish, Portuguese,  and English and understands Italian. His main goal is to expand our alloy and silver sales in Mexico, South America and Guatemala. He displays an Excellent work ethnic and is eager to help and support his customers. Kenneth will also be attending the trade shows that we exhibit at in Italy, Switzerland and Brazil and helps out with our refining pick-up service when needed.
